Two Bears
The inspiration for this design is a popular hiking location in Wenatchee, WA., currently known as Saddle Rock. The paw shape is my pups, Wilson, actual print. This is one of our favorite local hiking trails!
The Wenatchi Tribe, P’squosa Indians tale of the landmark:
Black Bear and Grizzly Bear are seen squaring off with one another. The two bears bickered nonstop & Coyote grew tired of them arguing. After many warnings the wise Coyote turned the two bears into stone because they couldn’t get along.
