Artwork & files are the intellectual property of Evergreen Gift Shop.

As a graphic designer, copyright is vested with the creator  upon completion of the sale of products. Our designs are custom and not available to be reproduced, copied or edited, formatted or changed in any way by any outside party. 

This means that as the creator of this work, we own copyright. 


Online Order Timeline

We are a true small business with a one-person processing/shipping production line. I typically process orders weekly. Once you place an on-line order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. In about 5-7 business days, you will receive another email with your USPS tracking number.

If you need your order by a certain date for a special occasion, please email when placing your order & we will do our best to accomodate your request.


Exchanges/Returns

All sales are final. During our initial rollout, the majority of our items are pre-orders. We order just enough for the orders placed. In the event that you are interested in an exchange, please email us first and we can check our inventory. We will do our best to accommodate. We do not accept any items that are damaged after purchase , have stains (deodorant), or strong odors . We inspect all products thoroughly before sending to customers as we stand behind our quality merch.


Currency 

Our product prices are shown in USD. 


Shipping

We ship within the US. US orders usually take 2-5 days by USPS, depending on shipping volume. 


Processing

We ship via USPS. Once your package leaves our hands USPS is responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that there is a shipping issue, please contact USPS directly.
